As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in various techniques and treatments will enhance the overall experience of our clientele. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice on nail care. Upsell additional services such as body waxing, massages, or hair styling to enhance the client experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options. Assist clients with retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon. Requirements Valid Nail license or Cosmetology license. Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of work. Knowledge of various nail care techniques, including but not limited to body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong communication skills and ability to upsell services effectively. Attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
