Interest in general Family Medicine or Family Medicine/women s health is desired. Will supervise NP s and PA s on staff. Location is 30 miles from Chico, CA, 75 miles from Sacramento, CA and 120 miles to Stockton, CA. Clinical Experience and leadership interest is desired. Average daily volumes are 14 patients per day. Focus is on quality of care and not high volumes. Low patient/provider ratios. Will see patients of all ages. Clinic offers medical, dental, behavioral health, and community health & outreach services. Must be BE/BC American Board of Family Medicine Hours are Monday Friday from 8 am 5 pm with no call or weekends. Optional 9/80 flex schedule where providers work eight 9-hour days in a row with 9 th day being 8 hours and 10 th day off. (get a day off every two weeks) E Clinical Works EMR. Can start working with an out of state license right away but will need to obtain a permanent CA license in one year. CA DEA and CPR card required. No visa sponsorship available. Excellent area for outdoors enthusiasts and national park setting. Benefits and salary information: Base salary is $291,000 - $322,000 range. These are negotiated with the clinic directly DOE.
