Porter/Cleaner

Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter/Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in our 55+ community. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, assisting with light maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property remains presentable for residents and guests.Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, restrooms, laundry rooms, and community spacesSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces regularlyEmpty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areasMaintain cleanliness of outdoor areas such as walkways, patios, and entrywaysClean windows, doors, and glass surfaces in common areasAssist with basic maintenance tasks and report repair needs to managementRestock cleaning supplies and restroom products as neededRespond promptly to spills or safety hazards to maintain a safe environmentAssist with setup and cleanup for community events when neededProvide courteous and respectful service to residents and guestsQualifications:Previous janitorial, porter, or cleaning experience preferredAbility to lift up to 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, walking, and standing for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessFriendly and respectful demeanor when interacting with senior residentsPreferred Skills:Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and chemical handlingBasic maintenance knowledge is a plusExperience working in residential communities, apartments, or senior living environmentsWork Environment:Indoor and outdoor work in a residential community setting*MUST LIVE WITHIN 15-20 MINUTES OF ANAHEIM HILLS, CALIFORNIA
