Every project — from the first conversation to the final walkthrough — follows a Proven Process Playbook designed to eliminate surprises and create exceptional client experiences.We're looking for a Project Guidea consultative sales professional who thrives on building trust, leading structured conversations, and helping homeowners make confident decisions.What You'll DoLead Discovery and Priorities meetings with prospective clientsQualify opportunities and present Design AgreementsGuide clients through design, development, and contract stagesServe as the primary point of contact throughout the projectCollaborate with our design, estimating, and production teams to ensure scope, budget, and expectations are alignedBuild referral relationships and maintain a proactive pipelineThis is not a transactional sales role. You're a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate a complex, high-investment process with clarity and confidence.What We're Looking ForProven experience in consultative or process-driven salesBackground in residential construction, remodeling, or design is a strong plusExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsHigh organizational discipline and follow-throughComfortable with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and project management toolsSelf-motivated, accountable, and process-orientedCompensation$100,000 – $180,000+ (total compensation, based on performance)This is a base + commission role structured to reward high performers:First 90 days: $65,000 annualized salary while you learn our process, tools, and client baseOngoing: Low base salary + uncapped commission — competent performers consistently earn $100,000–$180,000+This structure is designed for a confident, self-motivated sales professional who wants their results to drive their income.
