Role Overview
You will answer calls for a variety of businesses and professional clients nationwide, taking and relaying messages, performing intake for new clients, booking appointments, and transferring calls. This role requires strong typing, grammar, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and stay engaged throughout shifts
Relay messages, book appointments, and transfer calls
Perform intake for new clients
Document interactions accurately and professionally
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Requirements
Windows 11 computer/laptop (hardwired connection required)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Strong typing and grammar skills
Prior telephone customer service experience
Ability to work flexible hours in a quiet remote setting
Fluent Spanish (required)
Availability for weekend shifts
