Deployment Specialist
Job SummaryThe Deployment Specialist is a core member of Steelhead's Customer Success organization, supporting deployment, customer support, and customer outcomes across all capacities. You will work alongside Deployment Leaders on configuration and training tasks — both internal and external — while continuously building your product knowledge and customer communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, driven by continuous improvement, and excited to make a meaningful impact at a fast-moving technology company serving the manufacturing industry.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Customer Success organization (deployment, customer support, and customer outcomes) in all capacities, largely comprising of configuration and training (internal and external) tasksTravel to customer locations to support the Customer Success organizationUtilize and align tasks/work with the Training Matrix to build product knowledge and customer communication experience.Consistently pursue continuous improvement opportunities in the deployment process, tools, cross functional collaboration, customer training, etc.Respond to customer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly; provide critical knowledge and technical support.Build relationships with customer contacts to create advocates of Steelhead.
