Details Mixed med/surg and intermediate care patient population on a PCU unit Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on patient assignment each shift Night shift schedule, 7p–7:30a 36 or 48 hour per week options available Epic EMR experience required 13-week contract Requirements Active TX or Compact RN license currently in hand Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience required Epic EMR experience required Current BLS certification required Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Additional Information First-time travelers may be considered for this position — check position details for eligibility Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-690031.
