This role is responsible for reviewing and validating closing disclosures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.This position operates in a fast-paced, production-driven environment where attention to detail and efficiency are critical. It’s a great opportunity for entry-level candidates, recent graduates, or professionals with operations or loan servicing experience.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and validate closing disclosures for retail mortgage loansPerform detailed non-numeric data review to ensure accuracy and proper presentationReconcile recording fees and identify discrepanciesVerify that all required disclosures are complete and supported by documentationReview supporting materials including credit reports, closing documents, and fee-related recordsResearch and resolve inconsistencies or missing informationAccurately document findings within internal systemsSupport additional operational and disclosure-related tasks as neededMeet quality and productivity standards in a time-tracked environmentRequired Qualifications6+ months of loan servicing experience or equivalent experience (work, education, training, or military)Strong analytical and research skillsHigh attention to detail, especially with non-numeric dataAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentComfortable working with multiple systems and computer applicationsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and escalate issues appropriatelyTeam-oriented with a dependable work ethicPreferred QualificationsExperience in mortgage lending, loan servicing, or loan operationsExposure to compliance, quality control, or disclosure reviewExperience working in an office or operations-based environment
