Infrastructure / Systems AdministratorThe Infrastructure / Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure platforms across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, scalability, and automation of virtualized and physical systems that support business-critical and industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Client virtualization, Windows and Linux administration, and infrastructure automation, with experience working in environments where IT and OT systems intersect.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & VirtualizationAdminister and support Client environments, including software-defined and private cloud platforms such as Client Cloud Foundation.Manage virtualization clusters, storage, networking, and lifecycle management activities.Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance across enterprise systems.Windows & Linux AdministrationManage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including:PatchingPerformance tuningSystem hardeningTroubleshootingAdminister Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems to ensure:High availabilitySecurity complianceOperational stabilityAutomation & Configuration ManagementDesign, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible.Standardize infrastructure deployments and configuration management processes.Reduce manual operational effort and improve system reliability through automation.IT / OT IntegrationSupport and integrate systems across IT and OT environments.Ensure infrastructure aligns with enterprise security, operational, and availability requirements.Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to maintain compliance with enterprise and industrial standards.Monitoring & Incident ManagementMonitor system health, capacity, and performance.Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues before operational impact occurs.Participate in:Incident responseRoot cause analysisContinuous service improvement initiativesDocumentation & StandardsMaintain accurate:Infrastructure documentationOperational runbooksConfiguration standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience with Client virtualization technologies.Advanced Windows Server administration experience.Solid experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux in enterprise environments.Proven experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.Industry & Operational KnowledgeUnderstanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial system requirements.Familiarity with security, compliance, and change management practices in enterprise or regulated environments.Soft SkillsStrong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Value This Role BringsImproves infrastructure stability and performance across critical systems.Reduces operational risk through automation and standardization.Bridges IT and OT teams to support safer and more reliable operations.Supports modernization, scalability, and long-term infrastructure resilience.
