Project Superintendent

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year Job Details - About the Job The ideal candidate is an experienced residential Superintendent/Supervisor who is comfortable taking ownership of the field side of a project while working closely with a Project Manager. This person should be able to walk onto an active job site, understand what needs to happen that day and in the weeks ahead, coordinate the appropriate trades, recognize potential construction issues, and take action to keep the project moving. A strong understanding of residential construction and a genuine appreciation for quality workmanship are essential. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable communicating with both trade partners and the project team. Candidates should currently be established in the Greater Boston area. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
