Shift Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations effectively. Duties - Coordinate and supervise staff during assigned shifts - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints - Oversee food production and maintain quality standards - Train new employees and conduct performance evaluations - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with hospitality management practices - Experience in interviewing and hiring staff Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.35 - $13.98 per hour Experience: Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Longview, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
