Warehouse/Forklift

Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Forklift Associate to support daily warehouse operations, equipment handling, and customer service. This role involves loading/unloading, order staging, inventory support, and assisting both internal teams and customers.The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with unloading inbound deliveries using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual laborAccurately pick, stage, and prepare equipment for customer and internal ordersSupport drivers with loading and unloading equipment while preventing damageAssist customers with loading, securing, and unloading equipment, including large shipmentsSupport warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory organizationMaintain a high level of customer service and professionalismOpen and close warehouse facilities following security proceduresQualificationsExperience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (sit-down, reach truck, order picker preferred)Ability to safely move equipment in and out of buildings and trailersValid driver's license requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to work independentlyDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDependable, flexible, and team-orientedAbility to read and follow procedures and documentationWillingness to occasionally travel to other locationsSkills & RequirementsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication skills (bilingual Spanish is a plus)Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize workloadPhysical & Work EnvironmentAbility to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periodsWork in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environmentExposure to heat, humidity, outdoor conditions, and warehouse noiseMust follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times
