This role is pivotal in supporting end-users with their ITneeds and ensuring the ongoing maintenance and reliability of the agencys coreapplications and IT infrastructure.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITsupport, systems administration, and team leadership, with the ability to guidethe resolution of complex technical issues, coordinate with third-partyvendors, and implement solutions that enhance overall IT service delivery.Local candidates only as they will be required to come to the office per a hybrid work schedulePrimary Responsibilities ProvideComplex Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for technicalissues, guiding the team in troubleshooting and resolving hardware,software, and network problems. Collaboratewith Third-Party Vendors: Act as the primary contact for externalvendors, coordinating support for advanced technical issues and ensuringtimely resolution. SupportCore IT Systems: Ensure proper management and support of technologiesincluding Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teamssoftphones, VPN, RDP, and Windows operating systems. Researchand Implement Technical Solutions: Recommend and implement solutionsto improve efficiency and reliability. Developand Maintain Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation ofsystems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for team reference andknowledge sharing.Necessary Skills And Qualifications 10+years of IT experience. Provenexpertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windowsoperating systems, desktop deployment, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams. Minimum5 years of relevant industry experience in a Microsoft enterpriseEnvironment Including Understandingof Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments. Configurationof Windows Infrastructure via Group Policy and/or scripts. Adeptat using Powershell to automate and execute tasks. Basicunderstanding of the TCP/IP Stack and common services such as DNS andDHCP. MicrosoftEnterprise Mobility Suite / Entprise Mobility + Security (EM+S) a plus. 3+years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade,consolidation and migration projects. 2+years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365 with at least one year ofexperience migrating mailboxes. 1+years experience Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or AzureActive Directory and understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers Hands-onexperience with AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePointenvironments would be a plus. Strongtroubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolvecomplex technical issues efficiently. Experiencein coordinating with third-party technical support vendors. Proficiencyin creating and maintaining technical documentation. RelevantMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) arehighly desirable. Solidunderstanding of IT service management and ITIL best practices is a plus.
