Opportunity: RN - CCUJob Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Full-time position requiring immediate start • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required • Required certifications: BLS via AHA, ACLS via AHA, TNCC • Experience with EMR-EPIC system required • Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served • Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities according to patient symptoms and needs • Develop and implement individualized care plans within nursing standards timeframes • Perform various Point of Care testing procedures • Participate in patient health education and discharge planning • Delegate unit work assignments and coordinate team assignments • Function as resource to visitors, physicians, and staff • Participate in orientation of new staff and students • Maintain positive attendance and communicate absences in advance • Adhere to all patient and environmental safety policies and procedures • Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age and type of patient population served • Clear communication skills appropriate to developmental age of patients • Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing program requiredFacility: This regional medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides quality care in an efficient and safe manner, maintaining high standards consistent with their mission, philosophy and organizational goals.
