By combining precision, collaboration, and expertise, we ensure exceptional value and architectural design integrity for our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of façade construction projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, overseeing expediting and inspections, facilitating collaboration between teams, and resolving any logistical or operational challenges. The Project Manager will act as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery.QualificationsProject Management and the ability to oversee complex construction projects.Proficiency in roles related to Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, including coordinating the timely procurement and delivery of materials.Experience in Inspection and ensuring adherence to quality assurance and compliance standards.Strong background in Logistics Management, including scheduling, shipping coordination, and handling supplier relationships.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Familiarity with façade construction, structural systems, or architectural trends is an advantage.Strong communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and manage client relationships effectively.
