Job Description Position Overview: Psychiatry Program DirectorOur organization is on the lookout for candidates who possess a robust background in academic excellence and leadership within graduate medical education to oversee our Psychiatry training program. This role involves coordinating psychiatry training alongside our affiliated programs. The Harvard South Shore Psychiatry Program is a substantial residency program, accommodating 32 residents, and is accredited by ACGME. It is affiliated with the VA/Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry, offering a vibrant clinical setting and exceptional faculty committed to clinical research and education.We are open to considering candidates for the roles of Assistant or Associate Program Director, depending on their level of experience.
