Lead Security Officer

Echo Security Group is seeking a Lead Security Officer for a luxury hotel and condominium property in North Palm Beach. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising personnel, and maintaining a secure, professional environment for residents and guests.Key Responsibilities• Supervise and support on-site security team• Manage access control (residents, guests, vendors)• Conduct routine patrols and ensure high visibility• Monitor CCTV and security systems• Coordinate emergency response and incident management• Maintain detailed reports and documentation• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency servicesQualifications• Experience in residential, hospitality, or mixed-use security• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills• Knowledge of surveillance and access control systems• Excellent communication and report writing• Ability to perform under pressureRequirements• Florida Class D Security License (required)• First Aid / CPR (preferred)• Military, law enforcement, or private security background (preferred)• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
