That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.Position OverviewNurses provide holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients in a residential setting with a focus on treating Adolescent clients with eating disorders.ScheduleThis is a Part Time position at 0.4 FTE (16 hours/week) Day/Evening, every other weekend.Days: 6a-2:30p, 8a-4:30pEvenings: 2-10:30p, 4p-12:30aA combination of both day and evening shifts are scheduled. Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) required.Compensation DisclosureStarting hourly range between $37.00- $40.00Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the positionHow Nurses Empower RecoveryProvides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriatelyResponsible with medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the residential setting, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with providerAssists and supports medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordinationRecognizes and appropriately responds to medical and psychiatric to emergenciesResponsible for accurate and timely documentation in the client medical recordQualificationsLicensed as an RN in MinnesotaMust have valid driver’s license and be authorized to driveCurrent Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hireExperience or strong desire to work in a mental health settingWhat We OfferEmployee Benefits: We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package.
