Professional Growth: A growth mindset and an interest in acquiring additional agency-sponsored licensures and certifications (e.g. C-DBT Cert., Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Cert., etc.). Education/Experience requirements: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field. State licensure as an LCSW or LCPC. Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team. Hours: Full-time and FFS hours available. Location: This position will be based out of our Augusta office. Telehealth/remote work, in office, and hybrid options are available. Pay rate: Full-time pay is $25/hour for conditional licenses and $28/hour for full licenses. FFS pay is $45/session, with billing and admin tasks paid out at a reduced hourly rate.
