About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to lead our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales development, and a passion for driving results. This role will involve managing and mentoring a team of SDRs, setting strategic direction, optimizing processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed targets. Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. Performance Management: Set clear performance metrics and targets for the team, track performance against goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Continuously optimize sales development processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure SDRs have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and drive revenue growth. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on team performance and key metrics. Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure that all interactions with prospects are professional, engaging, and focused on meeting their needs. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales development. Compensation Management: Manage team performance, and ensure SDR commission payouts are timely and accurate. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in sales development, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and qualification. Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools. Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets. Working Environment and Physical Demands The following are representative of the typical working environment and physical demands of this position. To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, you will be required to: Role is a remote position, requiring the individual to excel in communication and time management. Role requires the individual to sit at a desk for extended periods working on a computer and desk monitor throughout the day. May travel, occasionally, as needed. What We Offer The salary range for this role is [$84,000 USD - $102,000 USD]; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
