hackajob is collaborating with MANTECH to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deputy Program Manager - Cyber to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.The role of the Deputy Program Manager- Cyber is to direct, manage, and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the SOW to ensure completion of all program activities within the established budget and schedule.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).5+ years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager within the intelligence community.5+ years of experience with cyber defense managementExceptional communication skills.Ability to engage with customers at all levels.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degrees and certifications are desired. Examples of certifications are: Active Project Management Institute Project Management Project Professional certification architectures and operationsExperience supporting the NRO and mission partnersExperience supporting business development and growth initiatives at various levelsSecurity ClearanceAn active and current TS/SCI w/ PolygraphPhysical RequirementsMust be able to be in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.Must be able to travel.
