System Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design, implement, and optimize integrations between a leading electronic health record (EHR) system and various internal/external systems.• Lead the development and maintenance of HL7 interfaces, APIs, and interoperability solutions to support clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows.• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data exchange across the enterprise.• Partner with EHR application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to design scalable integration solutions.• Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve interface architecture.• Provide technical leadership for large-scale initiatives, including system upgrades and acquisitions.What You'll Need• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with a leading EHR system or comparable health system software, OR minimum two (2) years of scripting or programming experience.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in IT or operations.• Advanced expertise in health system integration platforms and healthcare interoperability standards.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.• Ability to influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.What's On Offer• Competitive salary• Opportunity to work on critical healthcare integration projects.• Professional development and growth opportunities.• Collaborative and supportive work environment.Apply via Haystack today!
