In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the executive team by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, facilitating communication, and managing key projects. Responsibilities include overseeing internal operations, streamlining workflows, supporting leadership in decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment with company goals. You will also represent the executive team in meetings, prepare reports, and provide additional organizational support as needed.Company operating cadence – Design and run weekly exec forums, goal-setting, and QBRs; drive clarity on priorities, owners, and dates.Cross-functional initiatives – Lead high-impact projects end-to-end (e.g., new product launches, retail footprint expansion, pricing and partnerships, D2C channel profitability, overall COGS reduction).CEO leverage – Prioritize the CEO's time; prepare board-ready content; ensure decisions and follow-through across the org.Fundraising – Work closely with CEO to establish investor relations and provide support throughout the fundraising processTalent & communications – Support hiring for Sales, Marketing, R&D, Ops, and Finance; steward internal/external messaging.QualificationsStrong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to support leadership in planning and decision-making.Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution in dynamic, ambiguous environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation and presentation of reports and recommendations.Leadership and team collaboration experience, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging key metrics to inform strategy and operations.Detail-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience in managing complex operations across cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.Experience in the consumer goods or lifestyle product industry is highly desirable.Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and relentlessly solution-oriented.
