This role will be responsible for creating scalable strategies that empower our internal sales team as well as our partner network with tools, content, and programs that drive demand, support conversion, and measure ROI.This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of co-op marketing—managing budgets, guidelines, and partner adoption—while aligning closely with sales to deliver impactful enablement campaigns, training assets, and customer-facing materials. The ideal candidate is passionate about the channel, adept at balancing strategic planning with tactical execution, and brings strong experience in partner marketing, co-funded programs, and sales enablement.Success in this role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales, as well as external partners. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills will ensure programs are aligned to business objectives, drive partner loyalty, and generate measurable impact.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSales EnablementDevelop, manage, and deliver partner sales tools, collateral, playbooks, presentations, and training resources to support revenue growth.Collaborate with sales leaders, channel account managers, and marketing teams to align sales enablement initiatives with business goals.Conduct regular partner and internal business reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs, identify gaps, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Provide direct support on large sales opportunities, customer presentations, and partner-facing events to strengthen engagement and drive conversions.Track and report on enablement program adoption and impact, using metrics to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.Co-Op MarketingLead the strategy, management, and execution of the co-op marketing program, including budgets, processes, partner communications, and platform oversight.Collaborate with distributors, resellers, and partners to plan, approve, and launch high-impact co-op campaigns that drive demand and measurable sales outcomes.Ensure co-op funds are optimized for maximum ROI, while maintaining compliance with guidelines and brand standards.Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize investment, and recommend future co-op strategies.Act as the primary point of contact for partner marketing inquiries, ensuring timely support and alignment with corporate priorities.Cross-Functional & StrategicPartner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure co-op and enablement programs support broader channel strategy and business objectives.Lead development of account-specific marketing and enablement plans for top distributors and resellers.Stay informed of competitive activity and market trends, applying insights to enhance partner marketing effectiveness.Education, Qualifications, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required; MBA preferred (or commensurate industry experience).Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or sales enablement roles (B2B technology or distribution industries preferred).Demonstrated success in managing co-op/MDF programs, developing sales enablement resources, and executing full-funnel partner marketing campaigns.Experience interfacing directly with sales leaders, distributors, resellers, or channel partners to align marketing and sales strategies.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities in both individual and group settings.Proven ability to connect sales and marketing to drive toward unified goals, with a deep understanding of channel dynamics and partner marketing.Strong project management and organizational skills; thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to mine syndicated data sources, forecast performance, and translate insights into compelling selling stories.Position Location: Hybrid schedule in Columbus, OH, or remote in the areas of Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NCPay: $80,000/yr. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus.
