Growth & Retention Coordinator

JM Test Systems is looking for a highly organized and driven Growth & Retention Coordinator to support our Onsite Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of onsite service projects—from initial customer quoting through job completion.You’ll act as the central point of coordination between customers, field technicians, and internal teams—helping us deliver safe, accurate, and on-time service while strengthening long-term customer relationships.What You’ll DoOwn the Customer & Project LifecycleManage onsite service projects from quote through execution and close-out Serve as the primary liaison between customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders Track project milestones and proactively identify risks to timelines or delivery Drive Quoting & Customer EngagementBuild and deliver accurate quotes for new and existing customers Gather equipment details, service requirements, and timelines Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the quoting process Coordinate Pre-Job Planning & ExecutionEnsure all job details (scope, site requirements, contacts, logistics) are confirmed Align internal teams and technicians to meet service timelines Verify technician qualifications and site readiness prior to job start Ensure SLA, Safety & Quality ComplianceSupport adherence to service timelines and customer commitments Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, ASTM, etc.) Maintain accurate documentation and project records Support Operations & Continuous ImprovementMonitor project progress across multiple onsite locations Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency Provide support across teams to ensure successful job execution ExperienceWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in project coordination, service operations, dispatch, or customer service Experience in industrial, technical, or Oil & Gas environments preferred SkillsStrong organization and ability to manage multiple projects at once Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); ERP experience a plus Bonus Points If You HaveExperience with calibration, field services, or technical operations Familiarity with ISO 17025, ANSI Z540, or similar standards Prior experience supporting multi-site operations or field teams Benefits & PerksCompetitive pay with growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Company-paid training and development opportunities Career growth within a rapidly expanding organization Travel exposure and cross-location operational experience Stable, team-oriented environment with strong leadership support Why Join JM Test Systems?Be part of a growing, industry-leading technical services company Work in a role with high visibility and direct impact on operations and customer success Opportunity to grow within onsite operations and leadership pathways Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong team support Apply TodayIf you thrive in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment and enjoy coordinating complex projects while working with both customers and field teams, we’d love to hear from you.
