Optometrist (Optometry #)

We are a growing private practice with 3 locations throughout Chicagoland. We are searching for a full time/part time medical optometrist to join our medical team. We provide a full range of laser, surgical, and medical eye care to a large volume of the Chicagoland area. The newest practice location is a state-of-the-art facility with a LASIK Suite. This practice is surrounded by many optometric and primary care referral sources and is seeking an energetic, self-motivated optometrist who wishes to grow with the practice. Doctor of Optometry (O.Completion of residency program in either anterior segment / primary care / ocular disease.Valid Illinois state licensure to practice optometry.including health & dental insurance, PTO/ 2 weeks of vacation, 401K.Position can be full time right away if candidate is willing to travel to all 3 office locations.
