We value a strong work ethic and a positive & vibrant work environment.Job Summary:We are seeking a Production Line Worker to join our dedicated team, playing a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging fudge and sauce products while adhering to strict safety and sanitation regulations (GMP's). You will be expected to perform quality, weight, and metal detection checks, and meticulously documenting results to meet our high standards.Are you detail-oriented and safety-focused? A proactive mindset and a positive attitude are a must-bonus points for bringing a bit of humor to the team!Responsibilities:Production Line Operation: Set up, operate, clean, and maintain food processing machinery and equipmentDocumentation: Maintain accurate production logs, including batch/lot numbers and temperaturesProduction Output: Ensure daily production standards and goals are metQuality Control: Weigh pre-scale items to prepare for use in production.
