In this key revenue generating role, you will guide purchase decisions and remove friction from the buying process. You will represent the frontline of our business, using effective communication and a customer first attitude to maximize conversions while delivering a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is driven by results, is proactive, and skilled at turning hesitation into confident purchases.Key ResponsibilitiesCart Abandonment RecoveryMonitor and track abandoned shopping carts to identify recovery opportunitiesProactively engage customers via phone, email, or SMS to encourage purchase completionAddress concerns and provide solutions to overcome purchase obstaclesDecline Resolution & Payment SupportFollow up on declined payment transactionsAssist customers in resolving payment issues and exploring alternative methodsCommunicate clearly and empathetically with customers experiencing payment difficultiesProduct Knowledge & Sales SupportMaintain a deep understanding of the product catalog, including ingredients, benefits, and promotionsEducate customers on product recommendations tailored to their needsStay updated on new product launches and industry trendsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and salesCustomer Service & EngagementProvide exceptional support via email, SMS, and phone to ensure a positive customer experienceHandle inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and company policies with accuracy and professionalismMaintain brand voice and build strong customer relationshipsQualifications3+ years of experience in a remote sales or revenue-generating customer facing roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approachExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and payment processing toolsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with outbound calling and proactive customer engagement from a daily list of leads.
