Come Build the Future with Us now!About The OpportunityWhat you will be doing: Develop, manage, and optimising affiliate campaigns to develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliatesMainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platformDevise creative ways to identify potential affiliatesOptimise the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rateAnalyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business developmentWhat We Look For In YouBachelor degree or above, and possessing at least 1 year of affiliate marketing/ business development experience, ideally in the Cryptocurrency spaceExperience in end to end process of building large affiliate networks Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude would be a plusUnderstanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimisation methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentationPerks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation package L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development Various team building programs and company events More that we love to tell you along the process!
