Registered Medical Assistant – Outpatient Clinic (Permanent)SunState Health Staffing has been retained as the recruitment partner for a large, well-established outpatient healthcare organization in Northern Florida seeking experienced Registered Medical Assistants.Position OverviewThis role supports a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Working under the direction of a supervising clinical provider, you will contribute to patient evaluations, assist with diagnostic testing, and help maintain an organized and welcoming clinical environment.Schedule And Work Life BalanceMonday through Friday, 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoonNo rotating shiftsConsistent weekday schedule supporting work life balanceCore ResponsibilitiesGreet and interview patients; obtain and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and related measurements)Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment and exam rooms; ensure supplies are stocked and readyPerform diagnostic testing including electrocardiogram, glucose, international normalized ratio, urinalysis, and rapid strep testingAdminister injections, intravenous treatments, and draw blood as ordered and within scopeClean and sterilize instruments and equipment after each useManage prescription requests and pharmacy communications as directed by providersSupport patients over the phone with professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityAssist front office staff with phones, charting, filing, and scheduling as neededPerform additional duties to support overall clinical operationsRequired QualificationsActive Registered Medical Assistant certificationBasic Life Support certification requiredBasic X-Ray Machine Operator certification preferredAt least one year of back office or clinical experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsCompassionate, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive situationsAble to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environmentCompensation And BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on certifications and experienceComprehensive benefits packageStable, long-term opportunity within an established outpatient healthcare settingSupportive clinical leadership and collaborative team environment
