Production SupervisorWe are seeking a hands-on Production Foreman to oversee day-to-day workflow on the manufacturing floor. This role provides leadership to Line Leads and production teams, ensuring output goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and with consistent product quality. The Foreman works closely with management to allocate labor, maintain standards, and keep daily operations running smoothly.This is a mid-level leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems on the fly, and keeping production moving with precision and accountability.Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)Work Environment:Non-climate-controlled warehouse settingRequires standing for full shift and lifting up to 50 lbsLimited, non-mandatory overtimeKey Responsibilities:Lead and coach Line Leads and production personnel to meet daily output, safety, and quality objectivesAdjust staffing and workflow throughout the day to keep production lines running efficientlyTrain and monitor team members on Standard Operating Procedures and best practicesSupport quality initiatives and help resolve issues affecting product standardsCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure materials and inventory flow smoothlyMaintain an organized, safe work environment and consistently model proper PPE useHold team members accountable to performance, safety, and quality expectationsTrack and report daily production numbers, communicating issues or improvements as neededAssist with general production duties as requiredQualifications:3+ years of production supervision experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coach, mentor, and guide teams toward meeting production goalsSafety-focused mindset with the ability to enforce standards and improve processesWorking knowledge of basic inventory practices and manufacturing systems (SAP or similar preferred)Skilled at prioritizing tasks, anticipating issues, and managing multiple demandsAble to communicate clearly, professionally, and with practical empathyStrong time-management skills for self and team
