This role requires a high degree of flexibility, exceptional judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. You will operate in a collaborative crew environment, alternating between Captain and First Officer duties as assigned. This pilot position is for the Phenom 300. A type rating is welcome but not required.Reports toSVP Aviation ServicesWork Location: 2001 Proenergy Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301Position ResponsibilitiesServe as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) on domestic and international flights, ensuring all operations comply with FAA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Comply with schedules and other directives governing aircraft operationConduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel requirements, weight and balance, and performance calculations.Actively participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and maintain a culture of proactive risk mitigation.Provide a premium "white-glove" experience for passengers, assisting with baggage, catering coordination, and ground transportation as needed.Oversee the cleanliness and stocking of the aircraft; coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and mission-ready.Remain technically proficient and knowledgeable on assigned aircraft.Make input necessary to start, delay, cancel or deviate flights from planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate.Maintain accurate flight logs, expense reports, and training records.Tow aircraft and various equipment/trailersAssist in maintaining the appearance of hangar facility and groundsOperate various ground support equipmentAssist with record keeping, data entry, and accounting tasksRequired QualificationsCollege Degree or equivalent corporate aviation work experienceFAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land rating.Current FAA 1ST or 2nd Class Medical Certificate.Minimum of 3,000 hours total time, with at least 1,000 hours as PIC and 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.Minimum 1800 TT ASELMinimum 1000 TTAMELNo history of accidents, incidents or violationsValid U.S. Passport and the ability to travel internationally without restriction.Clean FAA record with no prior accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions.Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.Extensive travel required: 30-50%, occasionally on short noticeAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to climb in and out of aircraft.Ability to lift 50 poundsResides or willing to relocate to within 1-hour driving distance of Sedalia, MO KDMOEligible to hold a TSA or Airport-issued Air Operations Area (AOA) or Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)security badgePossess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and be able to use them both laterally and verticallyUS work authorization is a precondition of employment.
