Role Description We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full‑time hybrid position based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising and training behavior technicians, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure optimal outcomes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client progress, providing parent training sessions, and maintaining necessary documentation. This role offers the flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely. Qualifications Possess BCBA certification and in good professional standing Experience in conducting assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Skills in supervising, training, and supporting behavior technicians Proficiency in providing parent training and family education Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in data analysis and progress monitoring to guide clinical decision‑making Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental differences is preferred Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
