Present tailored cabinet update and kitchen remodeling solutions and product offerings.Build rapport with clients to establish trust and encourage sales.Close high-ticket kitchen projects $6,00 - $80,000 utilizing effective closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Own and grow your territory by growing leads and opportunities.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.RequirementsProven experience in sales, preferably high ticket ($20K+) in home improvement or remodeling.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.50% close rate on qualified appointmentsSelf-motivated with a results-driven attitude.Availability to work when clients can meet - evenings and Saturdays if neededOpportunityBase draw and uncapped commissionSeasoned top performers $150 - $200K35+ yr national brand with strong local reputation.
