Job Description Streetplus has immediate openings for Outside Cleaning and Hospitality Ambassador in downtown Berkeley, CA.Duties include the following:1. Collection and Removal of litter collected from sidewalks and curb lines2. Graffiti Removal and Reporting3. Weed Abatement4. Pressure Washing sidewalks5. Watering flowers6. Painting7. Minor landscaping8. HospitalityIt is important to note all of the work is outside and employees are expected to interact with pedestrians and those that live, work, and visit downtown Berkeley. Employees must have outgoing personalities and understand the importance of customer service.Hourly pay rate is $21.00 and employees are eligible for the following benefits:1.
