Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a structured rotational program across IT, Business Development, and Recruitment functionsObserve and assist in day-to-day operations under the guidance of assigned mentorsEngage in simulated assignments, case studies, and training exercisesSupport internal projects that are non-revenue generating in natureAttend learning sessions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing workshopsMaintain documentation and reports as required during the training programLearning OutcomesGain exposure to real-world business processes and workflowsDevelop foundational skills in IT systems, client engagement, and talent acquisitionEnhance communication, analytical, and professional skillsUnderstand cross-functional collaboration within an organizationEligibility CriteriaRecent graduates or students pursuing a degree in IT, Business, HR, or related fieldsStrong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of MS Office toolsImportant Terms & ConditionsThis internship is unpaid and intended solely for educational and training purposesThe primary benefit of this program is learning and skill developmentThere is no expectation of compensation or full-time employment upon completionInterns will work in a structured, observational, and simulated capacityInterns will not be assigned revenue-generating tasksIf deemed ready for productive work, interns may be considered for a paid role prior to such assignmentsThis internship is at-will and may be terminated by either party at any time
