SCIF Manager/IT Support

SCIF Manager:
Coordinate with facility management, security officers, and other stakeholders to ensure the SCIF meets all physical security requirements
Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and access controls to safeguard classified information
Maintain accurate records of access, visitor logs, and security incidents within the SCIF
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards
Stay updated on changes in security regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain SCIF compliance
IT Support Administrator:
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control administration
Conduct system upgrades and software installations as required
Monitor network performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Assist in training end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices
Requirements:
BS/BA Degree plus 10 years of related experience or no degree and 14 years of related experience
TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance is mandatory
Proven experience in SCIF management, including setting up and maintaining SCIFs
Strong knowledge of physical security protocols and requirements related to SCIFs
Proficiency in implementing and maintaining access controls, visitor management systems, and security documentation
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues
Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear technical instructions to non-technical individuals
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
