Right Price.Job Title: Validation EngineerLocation: Mossville, ILDuration: 12 Months (high possibility of extension)Job Responsibilities:Typical task breakdown:Job Duties & Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Operate and maintain multiple seal validation test benchesAuthor and update safe job & lock out tag out procedures for seal test equipmentManage internal/external validation test requests and support quality/material/design improvement projectsPerform/Apply root cause analysis on field returnsSupport NPI (New Product Introduction) and CPI (Current Product Improvement) projectsCollaborate with system engineering teams, internal and external, to identify/validate optimum sealing system solutionsCreate and deliver technical reportsResearch and develop new sealing technologiesTop 3 SkillsStrong mechanical and analytical aptitudeStrong problem solving skillsAbility to communicate technical information effectively with team members, system engineering teams, and suppliersAdditional Technical Skills (Required) Proficiency in Creo or related CAD software(Desired) Previous test/validation experienceExperience with data analysis softwareExperience with instrumentation/controller softwareWorking experience with metallic and non-metallic materials or componentsWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
