We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility recover or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions for ADLs and mobility, recommending adaptive equipment, and documenting progress.
