This role focuses on scaling performance, improving key metrics, and collaborating closely with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for fast-growing consumer brands.Compensation: Competitive salary in USDLanguage Requirements: Professional EnglishLocation: 100% RemoteStart Date: ASAPWhat We OfferFull-time remote role in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentOpportunity to work with innovative and growing consumer brandsHigh ownership and impact on campaign performance and growthCollaborative team across creative, marketing, and analyticsResponsibilitiesPlan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platformsDevelop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROASMonitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metricsRun A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pagesCollaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video)Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platformsProvide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performanceStay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunitiesMonitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive• Qualifications (Must Haves)4-7 years of experience in paid media, social media advertising, or media buying (preferably in e-commerce or CPG brands)Strong experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTubeProven ability to manage large budgets and achieve strong ROASProficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboardsStrong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategiesExperience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefsHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-drivenStrong organization, time management, and communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategiesPreferred QualificationsCertifications in Meta Ads or Google AdsFamiliarity with email marketing, SMS, push notifications, or other channelsExperience managing seasonal campaigns or product launches in CPG brandsReady to scale high-performing campaigns and drive growth for innovative consumer brands?
