MasterCam Programmer/Machinist

We are a rapidly growing machine shop out of Vicksburg MI, looking to add an experienced and reliable MASTERCAM Programmer / Machinist to join our fast paced team. We are looking for someone that is able to program, setup and run jobs through Fanuc controlled CNC milling machines including DMG Mori, Fadal and Doosan. We make parts for the defense, aerospace and food/bev industries. We are heavy in the rocket industry, machining a very wide range of materials. We have a ton of opportunity for growth and training.This is a fast-moving shop, the ability to multi-task is a MUST.Advanced programming experience in MasterCam a MUST.Setup and operation experience a MUST.We are an ITAR (International Trade in Arms Regulation) registered shop. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and have no felonies on or off record.Overtime opportunities sometimes required.CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities:Perform Daily and routine maintenance on machine.Program Parts per print using MASTERCAM 2024.Setup Vices and Fixtures as needed.Design/Build holding fixtures as needed.Clearly communicate wants and needs to complete jobs timely and efficiently.Work with Quality department to complete FAI and in process checks.Keep current on new cutting tools and process to maximize efficiency.Work with Tooling representatives on jobs that require custom tooling.Maintain a CLEAN and SAFE work environment.
