Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position as an Occupational Therapist located in Weymouth, MA. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, and supporting individuals in achieving their independence and functional goals. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure personalized care. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, providing progress reports, and adhering to best practices in occupational therapy services. Qualifications Proficiency in core Occupational Therapy principles and practicesStrong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and familiarity with medical practices related to therapyExperience working with children, particularly in providing pediatric therapy servicesExceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleaguesMaster’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure in MassachusettsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, family-centered environmentCPR and First Aid certification are preferredPrevious experience in a nonprofit or community-based setting is a plus
