Summary:Join our dynamic Monetization Business Development team at Meta as an experienced Business Development Manager! We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of the Connected TV landscape and a proven ability to forge and sustain relationships with key industry stakeholders. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating global partnerships that advance Meta's Connected TV initiatives. You will shape business strategies, pinpoint growth opportunities, and execute impactful deals. Your responsibilities will involve guiding partnerships from negotiation phases to successful product launches, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams. Required Skills:As a Business Development Manager - Connected TV, you will: Define, negotiate, and close significant partnerships for Meta's Connected TV products. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to set priorities and discover key opportunities. Lead both external and internal cross-functional teams to integrate products or technologies with partners. Work alongside legal, marketing, finance, product, and engineering teams to negotiate deal terms and drive special projects. Conduct market research and cultivate relationships to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Connected TV industry. Minimum Qualifications:You should have: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business development and strategic partnerships within the Connected TV sector. A proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-year agreements with executives at leading publishers and adtech companies. Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to define new product offerings. Experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully execute deals, including working with technical and legal teams. Proven capability in developing and executing business strategies with executive stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills to foster connections both within your team and with external partners. Preferred Qualifications:It would be beneficial if you have: Familiarity with the CTV advertising ecosystem. Experience with global multi-market negotiations and partner governance. A background in high-scale consumer or advertising platforms.
