The Opportunity: We are looking for closers, not order-takers. This is a "Hunter" role designed for someone who wants to build a permanent book of business.
Here is the "Broker" Advantage: In this role, you aren't just chasing one-off retail leads. You are hunting for General Contractors, Developers, and Interior Designers. Once you land an account, that account is yours. Every repeat order they place, whether it’s next month or next year, is your commission.
The Goal: Grind hard on cold prospecting in Year 1 to build your book of pros. By Year 2, you aren't cold calling, you’re just managing your high-volume repeat accounts and collecting checks.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads. (Expect the first few months to be lots of lead generation until you have found enough accounts to keep you busy).
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage accounts.
Deliver product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development within a B2B context.
Knowledge of construction, remodeling, or cabinetry is helpful (but not required — we’ll train you)
Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Experience in lead generation techniques, including networking and cold calling strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
