Maintenance Trainee

The maintenance trainee is someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn and grow within the industrial maintenance industry. Job Summary: Off Season Responsibilities: Tear down and preventative plant maintenance of which include, evaporators, aseptic systems and the front-end area of the plant. In Season Responsibilities: Supervisor role leading crews in the assigned area of plant. Operation runs 24 hours per day 7 days per week during the tomato processing season. Position requires High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of evaporators or aseptic systems is a plus. These positions will all report to the Plant Manager. All supervisor roles also ensure that the company policies and regulations are followed at all times. MUST be willing to work overtime, double-time, holidays during tomato season. As well as work night shift.
