The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across Azure, AWS, Cisco Meraki, and modern security platforms, with a strong focus on identity and access management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support cloud environments (Azure & AWS) including provisioning, monitoring, and optimizationAdminister and maintain Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365 environmentsConfigure and manage Cisco Meraki network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)Implement and manage identity & access management solutions (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta)Support Zero Trust security frameworks using tools like ZscalerMonitor and respond to threats using CrowdStrike or similar endpoint security platformsManage user access control, provisioning/de-provisioning, and role-based accessEnsure system security, compliance, and data protection across environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and security issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT operations and projectsMaintain documentation and follow best practices for system configuration and securityRequired Skills & Experience4 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and security rolesStrong hands-on experience with:Azure & AWSCisco Meraki (networking & firewall)Active Directory & Azure ADMicrosoft Exchange / M365Experience with Okta (or similar IAM tools)Exposure to Zscaler / Zero Trust architectureExperience with endpoint security tools (CrowdStrike preferred)Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood to HaveCertifications (any of the below):Azure / AWS certificationsCisco (CCNA or equivalent)Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc.)Experience in hybrid environmentsKnowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.)Key TraitsStrong ownership and accountabilityAbility to work across multiple technologiesClear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
