Part Time Overnight Dairy/Frozen Food Position Cub Lyndale is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part time overnight dairy/frozen food position! Dairy/frozen food stockers at Cub are responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. Product rotation is a critical responsibility to ensure product freshness and help minimize waste. This role requires attention to detail and strong customer service skills which will help contribute to an efficient and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.Job Responsibilities: Performs aisle stocking and display buildingSorting of dairy/frozen food stock loadsAssist cashiers with price checks and product replacementAssist customers with questions about product locations and suggestionsAnswers department phone calls and responds or refers as appropriateFollows all store and department policies and proceduresJob Requirements: Equipment operation (hand jack, power jack, box cutter, flat bed, compactor, broom, mop).Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.Memorization, reading, writing and math.The position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.Must be 18 years old.Physical Requirements: Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs.Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs.Walking on uneven groundReaching, bending, repetitive motionsExposure to hot equipment and cooking oilSchedule: Varied weekly shifts between the hours of 12:00am - 8:00amWeekends requiredBenefits: Flexible schedule for work life balance.Employee discount.Weekly pay on a progressive union scale.Union benefits for eligible associates including Paid Time Off.UNFI is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment for all.
