React Web Developer

Job Title: React Web DeveloperLocation: Alpharetta, GA (3–5 days onsite)Rate: DOEJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated React Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development experience and a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with PMO, Product Management, Development, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Perform new development, enhancements, and maintenance fixes based on business requirements.Create and review architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.Work with existing technology stacks (Java, C++, Linux/Unix, and open-source platforms) and contribute to next-generation solutions.Document technical requirements, system designs, issue resolutions, and test cases.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.Occasionally support backend or DevOps tasks to deliver end-to-end solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience in Web/UI development.3–5+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript .Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.Experience with version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
