Preschool Director/Teacher

OverviewWe are seeking a caring, organized, and experienced individual to serve as both Preschool Teacher and Director for our early childhood program. This role combines classroom teaching with program leadership, providing an opportunity to shape a positive, engaging, and values-based learning environment for young children.The Preschool Teacher & Director is responsible for planning and leading developmentally appropriate instruction that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of preschool students. At the same time, this role oversees the daily operations of the preschool program, including staff coordination, scheduling, communication with families, and maintaining compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.The ideal candidate will create a nurturing classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn. They will also foster strong relationships with families and staff, promoting clear communication and a sense of community within the program.As part of a Christian school, the Preschool Teacher & Director is expected to support and reflect the school’s faith-based values in a natural and age-appropriate way, contributing to a positive and respectful environment for all students and families.We are looking for an individual with experience in early childhood education, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for working with young children during these foundational years.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)State licensure (preferred but not required)A love for children and a commitment to Christian educationCompensationSalary is based on education and experience
