Sales Support Coordinator – In-Office, Full-TimeWe’re a tight-knit, growth-minded company looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Support Coordinator who loves keeping people, data, and details organized so the sales team can focus on what they do best: selling. You’ll be the central hub connecting sales, operations, logistics, and accounting, and helping move opportunities smoothly from first lead to delivered order.About usWe’re a fun, team-oriented business where people know each other’s names, pitch in to help, and take pride in doing things the right way. You won’t be a tiny cog in a huge machine here—your work will be visible, appreciated, and directly tied to our growth.What you’ll doBe the sales support backbone: manage order intake, quotes, customer onboarding steps, and sales documentation so nothing falls through the cracks.Own CRM data: keep customer and prospect records clean, complete, and up to date, assign leads, and help maintain workflows and reminders in our CRM/ERP.Build useful reports; help create and distribute sales reports and dashboards that show pipeline, quote status, closed deals, and orders ready for invoicing.Support coordination: track equipment availability, shipments, and delivery timelines and keep both the team and customers informed.Help with marketing: coordinate with our marketing partner on content, events, and campaigns, and grab quick photos or short videos for social media and email.Keep everyone connected: act as the communication link between sales and other departments so customer requirements and order details are always clear.What you bring3–5 years in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service in a sales-focused environment.Confident with CRM systems (experience with Acumatica or Salesforce is a plus) and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with data, lists, and reports.Tech-savvy and excited to learn new tools, systems, and automations.Service-minded, reliable, and collaborative, with strong communication skills.If you’re energized by supporting a sales team, owning CRM data quality, and using your technical skills to keep everything running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
